Aadishree Girls College for Higher Education, where our participants are studying, is still rather young – the college was founded in 2013 – and is situated in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It is located in Kaunas city and occupies only 1.25 acres; it focuses on the education of female students. The institute right now has a programme of Bachelor of Education and has 103 students, and the staff strength is 8 numbers. Recognised by the NCTE, Aadishree Girls College was established as an institution that will produce quality teachers in the future. 

Aadishree Girls College for Higher Education has made provision for the following amenities to support its education programmes. A facility is stocked with books and periodicals that can be accessed by students as they seek knowledge to support their projects Student practical businesses, on the other hand, are handled in the departmental laboratories. Furthermore, the campus has an auditorium there; it grants events and seminars, creating a boost to the academic community. There is a cafeteria for students to take breakfast and lunch or have snacks throughout the day for the convenience of the students. A first aid facility and a gym meant that focus was put on the health of the people who visited the facility. The college also has good information technology students learning college standards to help them in their studies. Also, it concerns parking places for cars owned by members of the faculty and staff as well as the students. 

Aadishree Girls College for Higher Education has, at the moment, a single premier course, which is the B.Ed programme. This is a full-time course and has a sanctioned capacity of a hundred student seats and is imparted over two years. The B.Ed programme aims to prepare professional teachers for the teaching profession, which may have desirable prospects in the field of teaching. 

Aadishree Girls College for Higher Education has merit admissions, and qualification for admission is given after an entrance examination is conducted. This test must be passed by the prospective students, as it acts to benchmark the level of capable and dedicated students to join the B.Ed programme. The college has its own entrance test as planned, details of which are usually announced and put into practice before the start of the classes of the academic year.
