Agnel School of Law is a young institution, established in 2018, and ambitious in the domain of legal education. Situated in the pulsating city of Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra, Agnel School of Law is an affiliated college approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The institute has a well-spaced campus of 7 acres in area that permits opportunities for learning and growth. This is one of the smallest enrolment of 185 students and faculty strength of 16.
The institute boasts an impressive array of facilities designed to enhance the learning experience of its students. This one is no exception and is considered the heart of any law school. The library is well-equipped and really visited more often by the students. The library cataloging system provides easy access to a wide range of legal resources, both in manual and computerised services. All campus facilities are Wi-Fi enabled, and there is a state-of-the-art computer lab, which is relevant to the study provided, equipped with software for SPSS, which definitely facilitates research and data analysis. The institute provides a real moot court to groom and polish young litigators for etiquette in the courtrooms.
Agnel School of Law offers three law programmes, namely, BLS LLB Integrated, LLB, and BA LLB. The LLB is a three-year full-time course with an approved intake of 60 students, while the BA LLB is a five-year integrated programme also with 60 seats. BLS LLB Integrated is also offered by the institute and is also five years. These courses are full-time ones that will equip the students with in-depth knowledge and practical skills needed for the successful practice of law.
The admission at Agnel School of Law is mainly through Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET Law) . This standardised test is a prerequisite for all applicants aspiring to get admission to the law programmes offered by the institute. Admissions to the three-year LLB programme as well as the five-year integrated programmes offered by the institute namely BA LLB and BLS LLB is strictly based on scores obtained in MH CET Law.
