Ahalia School of Paramedical Sciences and was established in the year 2015 is an affiliated college in Palakkad, Kerala. This institution is well known for paramedical education where it trains student towards befitting healthcare support careers. Present student strength of 114 with 15 faculty means it has adequate student-teacher ratio for adequate attention as well as excellent education. It only awards a single programme: a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc MLT); this is a full-time programme that takes four years to complete.

Ahalia School of Paramedical Sciences has infrastructures ,include learning facilities that aims to complement the learning and co-curricular activities of students. A students equipped library makes the students access several essential learning facilities and other study materials. For those who need to stay, there are hostels for both male and female students that can comfortably host students, they are fully equipped. The campus comprises of well equipped laboratories which are important in practical lessons in medical laboratory technology. An auditorium provides for academic and cultural presentations, and Information Technology assists in learning endeavours. The institute also maintains student’s health by having a health center with a first aid section, sport section that includes a gym and other games facilities. A mess is provided on the campus for those students and staff who want to have their meal with special diet while a transport facility eliminates the problem of transport for the students present on the campus.

The backbone of Institute’s academic portfolio, the B.Sc MLT programme is curated to offer the students, a broad and deep understanding of the various aspects of laboratory medicine.
