Anand Niketan College of Science, Arts, and Commerce, established in 1964, is a constituent college located at Anandwan, Warora, Maharashtra. The institution is accredited by NAAC and offers a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. The campus of 26.72 acres has a total strength of 1,952 students, with more female population of 1,634 against a male population of 913. A total of 35 faculty members are engaged in supporting the institution.

Anand Niketan College has specified various facilities to develop the atmosphere for the student body who are studying within the college. The library of the institution is one such facility constructed at the beginning of the institution, and at present contains 51,983 books, 47 journals and periodicals, and 14 daily newspapers. It spreads about 4,000 square feet, providing extensive space for study and research. The college also has well-furnished laboratories for practical learning, an auditorium that can seat 200 people, and a computer lab with 25 computers. 

Anand Niketan College offers a total of 20 courses. These courses are classified into undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Undergraduate programmes consist of full-time courses in Arts (BA), Science (B.Sc), and Commerce (B.Com). Various MA and M.Sc.courses are offered as postgraduate courses. In total, there are 1,952 students enrolled in the courses in the college. Of which the highest intake is in the BA programme that has 220 seats, then B.Com in English as well as in Marathi medium that has 120 seats each, and then there is B.Sc. in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology that has 100 seats.
