The Apeejay Institute of Technology - School of Architecture and Planning was established in the year 1999 under the ages of the Apeejay Education Society. It is one of the reputed colleges for the study in architecture. It is located in Greater Noida in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This affiliated college is dully approved by the Council of Architecture and infuses professional education in the field of architecture. It is spread over an area of 29.04 acres, with a total student enrolment of 335 and a faculty strength of 6. The institute believes in imparting quality education and maintains a diverse student body: 58% male and 42% female, and attracts as much as 19% of its students from outside Uttar Pradesh.

Separate hostels for boys and girls with lounges, mess facilities, common halls, indoor game areas, etc are provided. This 215 sq.m. library has a huge collection of over 17,000 books on Architecture and allied subjects. This apart, it subscribes to various national and international journals and e-resources. The institute has two networked computer labs with state-of-the-art architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max for hands-on training. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled with a 48 Mbps internet connection, thus providing continuous connectivity to students and staff. The institute has on-campus facilities like a canteen, a well-equipped and fully air-conditioned seminar hall, sports facilities, a gym, and a health center with first-aid facilities. Apeejay Institute of Technology offers two courses: full-time programmes in architecture. The flagship course at the undergraduate level is the B.Arch, its undergraduate programme in architecture. This is complemented at the postgraduate level by the M.Arch. course.

Apeejay Institute of Technology follows an admission procedure strictly. Candidate shall qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by National Testing Agency (JEE) or by the Council of Architecture Under the National Aptitude Test in Architecture. UPCET scores conducted by Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Examination for the B.Arch course are also accepted.
