Aviram College of Education, Lohardaga begun in 2011 is one of the affiliated college nestled in Jharkhand state of India. Affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) this institution focuses on offering teacher education courses. Located in a 1.1 acres area the college is at present offering education to 164 students and has a staff of 17 faculty members. Aviram College of Education offers two full-time degree programs: the B.Ed and D. El.Ed.

Each course take two years that is why a college can afford to dedicate much more effort on producing high quality educators with the help of focusing on two specific specialised courses.

Admission to Aviram College of Education is on merit basis depending on marks scored in the qualifying examination and or the entrance examination that might be administered. Admission policy in the college is as per the guidelines provided by the state government of Jharkhand and the university with which it is affiliated. For the B.Ed programme, admission can be made according to marks in the qualifying exam, test or any other mode as per the state govt. or UT as well as the university norms. Likewise, for the D.El.Ed program, admission can be had according to the merit in the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or other such methods as decided by the state government or the UT administration from time to time.
