B. Parameshwarappa Arts and Commerce College, Holalkere, Chitradurga, Karnataka State, was started in 1976, and it is an affiliated college. Located along the National Highway NH-13, this has been offering educational services to the people in the region for over forty years. Located on a sprawling 8-acre piece of land, the college is now accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The total enrolment of students for this college is 402, and the faculty comprises 16 members to provide the required concentration for arts and commerce students.

B. Parameshwarappa Arts and Commerce College, Holalkere, established in 1976, is an affiliated institution of Davangere University, accredited by NAAC.  A number of infrastructures are in place to complement the education provision aimed at college-attending students. The library remains one of the strong pillars of academic materials, offering a wide selection of books for learners as well as instructors. It has sliding, separated rows of open bookshelves and partitions a student and teacher reference library according to the learning environment. Sports lovers are going to enjoy a large playground that occupies the area of the college and covers 8.03 acres of land; this area will allow them to practise a wide range of sports. 

The institution also values the aspect of using technology in practice and has a functional computer laboratory complete with internet facilities. It enables students and faculty members to use, among other things, online resources in their studies and other research events. There is a provision of a gym for those people who would wish to continue working out to keep fit. Another facility on campus is a canteen that allows students and workers to have some rest and eat during their studies.

B. Parameshwarappa Arts and Commerce College offers two full-time undergraduate programmes. Examples of pre-vocational degrees include the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.). The BA programme intake is much higher, with 180 seats, while the B.Com Programme has 60 seats. Both of them take three years and award the students with a complete education in their specialised area.
