BIS Institute of Science and Technology, Moga also know as polytechnic college was established in 1998 located at Punjab,India. Located on a vast land of sixteen acres, this is a co-educational institute is an affiliated college recognised by AICTE. As an institute majoring in science and technology education, BIS Moga comprises numerous undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It currently has a total faculty strength of 32 committed professionals catering to 9 courses in 5 degree programmes. Discipline areas are Computer Applications, Business administration, Medical laboratory Sciences, and information Technology for fulfillment of market requirements.

It boasts of having well equipped physical facilities that supplement the learning process of its learners. They Range from attractive sanctuaries with modem amenities to adequately equipped laboratories FOR Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy and Pharmacology. Of these, UV Spectrophotometers, FTIR, and HPLC etc., are established as state-of-the-art equipment in academic labs and these help the students reactively vis their fields of operation. The I.T structure is also commendable with a well-furnished air conditioned computer laboratory well connected to the internet, well equipped in terms of latest hardware an/and software technologies. As an added advantage a library in the institute housing over 25000 books besides subscribing more than 60 national and international jornals, forms a knowledge resource base for the academic endeavors.

The institute offers 9 full time courses split over various disciplines – BCA, BBA, B.Sc Medical Laboratory Science, 5 year integrated M.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology.

For majority of programs of study, including BCA and BBA, candidates are admitted directly based on performance.
