In order to avail any BITSDES scholarship, the student must be a citizen of India, have completed grade 10 and grade 12 from a recognised board, have received an offer of admission from BITS Design School for its 4-year B Des (Hons) programme and meet the specific mandated criteria mentioned against each category. BITS Design School scholarships are reviewed and awarded annually based on the student's academic performance and conduct, attendance, and payment of tuition and residential fees. Considerations for BITS Design School scholarships will be accounted for after due evaluation of the student's application form and documents provided. Scholarships offered by BITSDES are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined. If a student qualifies for more than 1 type of scholarship, they will be offered the scholarship with the higher tuition fee waiver, but will not be offered the sum of two or more tuition fee waivers.
