Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.


Eligibility Criteria

Should be a pass in the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:

  1. Chemistry
  2. Bio-Technology
  3. Computer Science
  4. Biology

Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in the above subjects taken together.

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech 2nd Year:

Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Engineering / Technology course of a duration of 3 years or more from an AICTE-approved institution with at least 45% marks in the aggregate(40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) of all semesters. or

Should be a pass in BSc. Degree of minimum three-year duration from a recognized university with mathematics as a subject, with 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC) marks.

Admission Details

The admissions in Undergraduate Engineering Programs at CBS Group of Institutions will be made on the basis of the rank obtained in the JEE Test conducted by CBSE, New Delhi through On-Line Off-Campus counseling by NIC & Institutional level Admission/Counseling as per guidelines of State Admission Committee.

Admission to 75% seats of B.Tech will be made by HSCS through NIC (Policy as enunciated by State Govt).

Admission to 25% of seats is made by Institutional Level Management Committee.

B.Tech LEET

The admissions via LEET in the CBS Group of Institutions will be made on the basis of the merit of the last qualifying examination.

Admission to 75% seats of B.Tech LEET. will be made by HSCS through NIC (Policy as enunciated by State Govt).

Admission to 25% of seats is made by Institutional Level Management Committee.
