Dayawati College of Law, Hapur, was established in the year 2008 as an affiliated college. The campus is situated at Bankhanda, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. This Bar Council of India-approved legal institution runs two full-time courses in law within its 2000 square meter campus. The college helps students who wish to pursue a career in the field with a focused and inspiring learning environment, where a total  enrolment of 1,520 students can be admitted and the strength of faculty is 16.

The institution prides itself on the availability of a whole host of facilities that help in adding to the quest for knowledge among students. One of the strong points of Dayawati College of Law is its huge Moot Court, where students are trained by senior justices, professors, and advocates from High Courts and District Courts. A well-stocked library serves as a knowledge hub with its varied collection of prescribed texts, law journals, periodicals, and reference books. The students also have the facility of a computer lab with high-speed internet access to global legal resources and research materials.

There are two comprehensive law courses available in Dayawati College of Law, both full-time courses, designed to cater to the changing demands of the legal profession. The approved intake of both the 3-year LLB course and the 5-year integrated BA LLB course is 240 each, thus having a total of 480 seats for the two courses combined. The aim of these programs at the college is to provide the students with a sound theoretical framework supplemented by strong practical legal skills.
