Dharma Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital started in the year 1997 and is an affiliate college situated at Tiruwannamalai, District Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. This is a co-educational college which is focused on the Ayurveda system of treatment and the only college that provides the full-time undergraduate course known as the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). The college is located on a 7-acre land spread, and it has a total strength enrolment of 108 students and 38 teachers. Although the ranking is never explicit, the college has gained prominence in offering education in the authentic Ayurvedic system.
