Admission to various courses offered by Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT) is done on the basis of various national entrance examination conducted by a recognised body. For B.Tech admission, candidates have to appear for Common Entrance Test conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) or Consortium Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK). Admission to M.Tech courses will be done on the basis of GATE while for MBA candidates have to appear in PGCET/CAT/MAT/CMAT. For Undergraduate Courses (BE):
- The candidates have to fill an online application form.

College Infrastructure

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is well-developed with spacious classrooms, clean campus, and a good library. Labs are well-equipped with modern facilities that support practical learning. Subpar, really needs to develop. No access to most of the infrastructure you would expect. There is no internet connectivity, Subpar computer systems, number of classrooms do not match nor exceed the number of sections in the departments.
