About Food Craft Institute, Aligarh
Food Craft Institute is located on the Campus of the renowned Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). The Institute was set up under the aegis of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, in 1984, as an autonomous institute and is governed by an executive body that consists of the representatives of the Central Government, State Government, and Aligarh Muslim University.
The institute is currently offering seven different courses in hospitality operations. Food Craft Institute Aligarh Courses include Diploma and PGD in various disciplines. Food Craft Institute admission is done on the basis of past academic performance. At present, Food Craft Institute is financed through a grant-in-aid by the Department of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
