GPC is a young institution, having started its operations in 2018, and focuses on the education of pharmacy in Uttar Pradesh, India. Situated in Bhopal, this affiliated college is situated in BRD Medical College Campus and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India(PCI). The college is located on a small area of approximately 2.025 hectares: It has only one programme for the bachelor’s degree, the college of Pharmacy. Government Pharmacy College, Gorakhpur, currently offers a single course: namely the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) course of study. This full-time course takes four years to complete and is awarded at the level of the undergraduate degree in pharmaceutical sciences. The programme has an approved intake capacity for 60 students, which has reduced the student strength-to-faculty ratio for the college to maintain a rational one to ensure quality education.
