    We don't have 2020 data but in neet 2019 ,  for sc category 476 marks was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got an mbbs seat in a GMC mumbai i. e Grant Medical College , Mumbai  under Maharashtra state quota

    Admission in mbbs in Gmc Mumbai and all other medical colleges is through Neet examination.

    I am guessing that 159 marks is your aggregate marks in PCB i. e physics chemistry and Biology /biotechnology because for Neet eligibility your overall marks in class 12th is not considered but only

    Round 1 cut off rank:

    • General: 962 - 1599
    • SC: 6029 - 16444
    • ST: 31078 - 31974

    Round 2 cut off rank:

    • General: 1158 - 2828
    • SC: 15092 - 23997
    • ST: 47463 - 48835

    With score of 300 you have decent chance of getting bhms.

    For BHMS - 300+ is  sufficient because there are only private colleges.

    Grant Medical collage, Mumbai is one of the prestigious medical colleges of the country. Last year Grant medical college MBBS closed at around AIR 1200 for which the marks were around 610 . This year due to comparatively easy paper the cutoff might be near about 615-20 marks.

    You cannot get admission in third year of MBBS, there is no such lateral entry option in case you meant that unlike in case of BTech, if you want to pursue MBBS you need to appear for NEET as it's national level entrance exam for admission all over India,

    you have to complete 1 year compulsory bond after MBBS if u are studying in any college in maharashtra.

    If you have to opt for not doing so you can reimburse the bond amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- only.

    You have not mentioned the details of the entrance exam which you have appeared. The cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors.
