60 MonthsThe Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course is five years full-time, which includes 4 years of curriculum plus 1 year of rotating internship, offered by Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a minimum of 50% ( 40% for SC/ST/OBC)
Must be qualified in the NEET-UG examination
Minimum Age of 17 years at the time of admission or complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of admission
No upper age limit for the BDS course effective from the academic session 2022-23.
Admission Details
- Admission through the centralized Himachal Pradesh State Counselling. Students from other states can apply for non-domicile seats.
- Must be qualified in the NEET-UG examination.
