ICL Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ambala, was started in 2008 and is in Sountli, Haryana. It’s AICTE-approved and provides various engineering and management courses. The campus is 11 acres big, with 571 students enroled and 68 teachers. 

The institute has a large library with over 18,000 books and space for 150 students. There’s also a gym, a health centre with first aid, and good IT facilities.
