Jaipur Dental College was set up in 2000 as one of the leading dental college in Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan. Located in the Jaipur-Delhi National Highway, this constituent college has the Dental Council of India (DCI) approval for fine dental education. The college has many dental programmes with 11 course titles at 3 different degree level for undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Having a faculty strength of 76 members, Jaipur Dental College has the necessary facilities for providing effective learning solutions for students intending to practice dentistry. The college provides co-educational facilities that will maintain a balanced environment to all students.

There are a number of facilities available in the campus of Jaipur Dental College to uphold student’s physical and academic needs. The college has separate provision for hostel facilities for boys and girls so out-station students feel comfortable to stay in the college campus. Every student has access to a well-equipped business centre, as well as first aid medical facilities in case of emergencies. The college also treats physical health through exercise and games since it has well equipped sports amenities. Jaipur Dental College also provides a whole set of programmes in the sphere of dentistry to meet various careers for the learners. There are 11 full time programmes that are taught in the college, 4 of which are undergraduate programmes and 7 on post graduate programsme. On the undergraduate level, well-recognised BDS is provided by the college with a sanctioned strength of one hundred. In postgraduate education, we have various Master of Dental Surgery specialisations including Prosthodontics and Crown Bridge, Periodonto, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Dentistry, Conservative Dentistry,  Oral and Maxofacial Pathology, Dental Public Health and Oral Medicine and Radiology.

Jaipur Dental College follows a certain procedure and selects student based on the merit. The BDS programme intake undergoes admission through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Dental and Medical courses abbreviated as NEET UG. For MDS programmes, admissions for postgraduate programmes are determined by the NEET MDS (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS). This helps in making a policy that was put in place aimed at making sure that the college enrolls students with good foundation and ability to study dental science.
