Jangipur Government Polytechnic is a technical institute of West Bengal University of Technology. It is located at Raghunathganj, West Bengal. The institute was established in 2015. The institute is owned by the government and is an AICTE-approved polytechnic. There is a faculty strength of 16 members. As with dedicated professionals, the institute provides quality education in the field of engineering.

The number of full-time diploma courses at Jangipur Government Polytechnic is three, which carry a duration of three years. The institute holds an intake capacity of 180 students in total.

Jangipur Government Polytechnic admits students strictly in accordance with the performance marks of the candidates in the Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics West Bengal, JEXPO. This entrance examination is the general entry examination conducted by the examining body for the candidate seeking admission in the diploma course in that institution.
