This paper focuses on Jatini College, Khordha which was started in the year 1976 and is a co-educational College situated at Odisha, India. The degree of this college is well recognized in this region and it provides a number of undergraduate programs in the field of arts, science and commerce streams. Situated in sprawling 20 acre area, Jatini College has 1283 students as its strength and the college has 36 faculty members. The college offers 19 courses under six baccalaureate programmes offered in different specializations such as English, Economics, Physics, Chemistry and Accounting.

Jatini College, Khordha is affiliated with the college Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Jatini College has the vision to offered quality education and they are providing several facilities for their students’ academic and incorporeal developments. Of the different general courses being offered, the BA course attracts the highest enrollment capacity with 256 seats followed by B.Sc and B.Com courses with 128 each. English, Economics, Education, Physics, Chemistry and Zoology are some of the areas that the college has honors programs to give the students chances to specialize in their areas of interest.

The admission in Jatini College takes place at the SAMS, Government of West Bengal under e-Admission process. Entry into different undergraduate courses is determined from merit list crafted by SAMS. This system helps prevent favouring some candidates and hiding som e information that may affect their admission.
