The KB Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research is one of the well-established pharmaceutical education institutions, founded in 1995. KBIPER Gandhinagar is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with Grade ‘A’ and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). KBIPER Gandhinagar is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi (PCI).

The KB Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research provides all types of pharmaceutical programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. KBIPER Gandhinagar offers B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate, Pharma.D and Ph.D. Admission to KBIPER Gandhinagar B.Pharm requires GUJCET, while M.Pharm admission is based on GPAT scores. Admission to Ph.D is through an entrance exam, whereas Pharma.D and Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate admissions are merit-based.

KB Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research is affiliated with Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya Gandhinagar. KBIPER Gandhinagar facilities include  Wi-Fi enabled digital campus,Centrally air-conditioned library, hostel facility for boys and girls, alumni association, CCTV cameras.
