KP Training College, Allahabad, was born in 1951 and proudly stands as one of the most prominent constituent colleges in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This great seat of learning is affiliated with NCTE and has given birth to future education since 1951. With an area of mere 0.98 acres, this campus has been a highly concentrated zone of learning for emerging teachers in a compact campus. The total student population is 96 while that of the faculty is 7 members.

KP Training College provides focused curriculum with its flagship B.Ed programme. This is a full-time course, extending over two years, designed to turn out competent and passionate educators. The approved intake of the college for this programme shall be 80, hence making it competitive yet at the same time, inclusive. Admission to the B.Ed course in KP Training College is strictly based on merit. The university conducts an entrance examination that includes two comprehensive papers, three hours long each. Paper one is designed to test general knowledge and language skills in Hindi or English. Paper two includes general mental ability and subject achievement.
