Loknete Rajarambapu Patil Ayurvedic Medical College, Hospital, Post Graduate Institute and Research Center, Sangli, is one of the premier colleges initially established in the year 2002. This affiliated college is located in Islampur, Sangli, Maharashtra, and the CCIM has approved it. LRPAMC gives its students 24 courses across 4 degrees. The total enrolment of students is 443, and 52 faculty members ensure quality education at the institute.

Facilities available in the Loknete Rajarambapu Patil Ayurvedic Medical College cater to the educational and personal development of students. The library, which is an essential part of an educational process, is well furnished with books—over 11,110 of them—on modern medicine also; besides scientific journals and periodicals, magasines.  The college also has a canteen, guest house, and the facility of a waiting room for students, staff, and visitors to make them comfortable.

LRPAMC offers various courses related to Ayurvedic medicine. There are 24 full-time courses, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. The flagship course is BAMS, which can admit 100 students. BAMS, MD, MS, and Ph.D. in several Ayurvedic specialisations.

The admission process in the LRPAMC, an affiliated College of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, is mainly based on the national level entrance examinations. The BAMS course, as devised by the Government of India, is admitted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET PG. Admission to the postgraduate level for MD and MS courses is based on the results of the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test AIAPGET. The results of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to Post Graduate, NEET PG, are accepted for some courses.
