Maharishi Ved Vyas Engineering College (MVEC) is a private technical institution founded in the year 2009. It is located in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. The campus is vast, spread over 10.5 acres of space. MVEC offers certificate and degree courses in several fields of Engineering. With a total number of students being 126, and 12 faculty members, it offers two degrees in 16 courses of study in such streams as Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineering. MVEC has always been focused on providing quality technical education to its students and has great learning ambience for the students.

There are various excellent facilities that complement MVEC academic programmes. Some of them include triple occupancy rooms with dining areas and recreational spaces in different hostels for boys and girls. MVEC offers diploma courses in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering, etc. The permissible intake of students for all programmes is 126 to the institute, while course intakes vary between 12 and 60 seats.

For B.Tech courses, they accept the JEE Main score. For most of the Engineering colleges, JEE Main is a main test. Therefore, students who are good in math and science get admitted here. MVEC also offers lateral entry options, through which diploma holders and B.Sc graduates can get admissions directly into the second year of B.Tech or diploma programmes.
