About MIT Purnea
Millia Institute of Technology Purnea is the first institute of engineering in the Seemanchal region. Millia Institute of Technology was founded in 2002 by Millia Educational Trust (MET). MIT Purnea is recognised by the government of Bihar. The Millia Institute of Technology Purnea is affiliated with Bihar Engineering University, Patna and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Delhi.
The Millia Institute of Technology Purnea also offers diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in engineering and technology. Millia Institute of Technology Purnea courses comprise Diploma, B.Tech, MBA and MCA. 5 different specialisations for the B.Tech course are provided. The admission to the courses of MIT Purnea is through the Bihar BCECE entrance test for candidates of Bihar State and for candidates of non-Bihar State, admission is done on the basis of the All India Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by C.B.S.E., New Delhi.

MIT Purnea B.Tech Admission Process
Candidates must have passed the higher secondary examination (10+2) from a recognized board in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Candidates must appear for the entrance exam conducted by BCECE or All Indian Engineering Entrance Examination.
Shortlisted candidates will have to attend the counselling process at the college.
During the counselling process, the candidates will be allotted seats based on their performance in the entrance exam.

College Infrastructure
The institute have a good infrastructure. It provides almost all the facilities to the students. Hostel facilities are also available in the college. If a student wants to take hostel he/she should first register themselves in the time of admission.
