MS College of Law, Palghar, Thane, Maharashtra, was established in the year 2012. It is an affiliated college. The institution is being approved by the Bar Council of India and focuses on legal education, training up the young upcoming lawyers. The institution has an enrolment of 417 students with a faculty strength of 12 members.

The institution has a host of facilities that help in the academic and extra-curricular growth of students. An integrated library management system is a well-equipped library that provides easy access to legal resources and references to students and faculty. Moreover, the IT infrastructure of the college provides 80 computers, 7 multi-functional printers, and 7 classrooms with projectors to make available the use of modern functioning tools to the students. Both are full-time courses with an approved intake of 60 students each making a total of 120 seats for both programs combined. The subjects selected by the college to teach to the undergraduates have been designed to develop a proper foundation of legal theory and practice, hence preparing students for successful practice in different branches of law.

The admission process in MS College of Law takes place primarily through the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Law (MHCET Law). This test will permit the college to enroll students possessing good aptitude for legal studies. The basic admission criterion for motivating students to enroll for the LLB and BA LLB courses is sitting for the MHCET Law examination. The College follows a very transparent and merit-based admission process according to the norms of the Bar Council of India and the educational regulations of the state.
