Institute: The Premiere Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Tourism, Puri (PIHM) known as a premier institute was also founded in the year 1999. Situated close to Sterling Resort Baliapanda Sea Beach Puri Odisha, it is affiliated to this college which offers hospitality education. PIHM has a very small area of 1 acre and conducts three separate courses in hotel management and catering technology. The enrolment stands at 56 while the faculty recruits number stands at 4 making the learning environment compact. PIHM has promise of offering quality education in the area of hospitality, and enrolment of both genders through its co-educational nature.

Premiere Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Tourism has modern labs for Food and Beverage Service and Production. A computer lab with networking systems involves training in applications of hotelier software. For accommodation purposes, there are separate hostels for boys and for girls. PIHM presently has the capacity to provide three full time courses in the stream of hotel management and catering technology. These are: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management ( BHM ),MHM , Master’s degree in Hotel Management and Diploma in Hotel Management. The BHM programme takes a total of 60 students in a given batch and the MHM programme has a capacity of taking 15 students. The institute is dedicated to teaching tangible skills and theoretical background that is necessary for the student to pass and be successful in the hospitality business.
