    IIT Kharagpur Law LLB Hons Admission Process

    • For admission to UG courses, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria.

    • Candidates have to fill out the application form and pay the RGSOIPL Kharagpur  application fee.

    • Candidates must clear the All India Written Test which is divided into two parts- Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted in online mode.

    • However, the CBT will have a weightage of 70% and the PI will be given a weightage of 30%. The final selection will be based on total marks obtained in CBT and PI with weightage as mentioned.

    • For final selection, the personal interview is compulsory.

    • Later, admission is confirmed after verification of documents and payment of IIT Kharagpur Law admission fees.

    Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law offers  LLM programme at the postgraduate level. The duration of the IIT Kharagpur Law L.L.M programme is 2 years.
