Samarth College of Engineering and Technology, Sabarkantha was established in 2010 as an affiliated college based in Himmatnagar, Gujarat. This institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and offers varied programs in engineering from its sprawling 16.21-acre campus. With a total student enrolment of 19 and a faculty strength of 29, the college ensures a focused environment for learning. 

It has a number of facilities provided by the college for improving the academic and personal growth of the students. The Computer Lab is equipped with 30 PCs with the latest configurations, functioning as the central resource for students and faculty from all departments. It also provides department-based laboratories to enable practical learning; the major one is the Civil Engineering laboratory, which is well-equipped with the finest surveying instruments that include Total Station and Theodolite. The spacious, ultramodern library is a real treasure house of learning resources, having an extensive collection of text and reference books, periodicals and magazines, journals, and digital resources pertaining to the various branches of engineering, management, and applied sciences. There are four full-time BE courses offered by Samarth College of Engineering and Technology: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

Admission to Samarth College of Engineering and Technology is based on an easy online procedure under the control of the Admission Committee for Professional Courses. The institute also offers admissions through performance in JEE Main, a pan-India level entrance examination conducted for admission into the different courses of engineering. Further, it also accepts the Gujarat Common Entrance Test—GUJCET scores.
