The nursing college, named Sarvodaya College of Nursing is located in Bangalore has been set up in the year 1995. Sarvodaya College of Nursing is located in a 0.75 acres of land and in total there are 482 students and 45 members of the faculty.

Learning resource centre is a major stock of books in various disciplines to address current information demands. They offer subject specific course reserves according to the university recommendation and books with a two week borrowing rights. Sarvodaya College of Nursing has a total of 8 courses all of which are full time. Such are basic B.Sc nursing, Post basic B.Sc in nursing, masters degree in nursing which includes M.Sc in various nursing specialities. Another program offered in the college is GNM qualification. The total sanctioned admission capacity for all the courses is of 195 students per year; 60 for B.Sc Nursing, 50 for Post Basic B.Sc and 5 for each of the M.Sc Nursing specialities offered.
