Overall infrastructure & Buildings are modern and labs are well maintained The campus is eco-friendly with solar power and waste management. Hostels are good with proper ventilation and study space really a good environment in the college
Teaching faculty is soo good and supportive We follow a semester pattern. The curriculum is vast but useful. Faculty focuses on both academics and skill-building. Most subjects have project work that helps us learn by doing
Placement cell is really very supportive and good College provides strong placement support. The faculty and placement officers guide us in every step. Many students also get internship offers which turn into full-time jobs.
Overall a a great experience in the college for BA
Infrastructure is good not very top notch. All the basic facilities are there so there will be no inconvenience. Campus is nice you will feel good to roam around. Gardening is something that I found is very well maintained and also enhances the overall look of college.
About academics I can say it is good. Although I had studied under nep so there were extra subject as well which is better I guess. You can have knowledge about extra things. You can choose that according to your interest
I don't think I can say much about placement considering I studied through correspondence so there are not very great opportunities you can have through that. Yess you can have a degree from a recognised university and that a different thing.
I will say you can go for it if you are doing something alongside with your graduation. It is a good option with minimal fees and you can study as per your own convenience. They don't charge high fees and provide good and numerous of courses.
Campus is nice and well kept. You will feel good seeing the greenary around you. It took up enough space so you can do any fun activities with your friends or just roam around. It is clean and well maintained.
The college looks good from the outside, mainly because of the building, but inside, the classroom are not good at all. The fan don't work. And the library lack important books. Basic facilities like wifi and clean washroom are also missing or not functional most of the time.
The teaching quality is average, and there is a lack of proper guidance and support from faculty . Classes are irregular at times, and practical learning is almost missing most of the focus is only on completing the syllabus, not on building real understanding or skills.
The placement situation in the college is quite disappointing very few companies visit the campus and most students don't get placed. Even when placement happen , they are not based on the students skills or performance.
The facilities are not being provided according to the amount of fees
Campus life is very boring because there are no activities only assignment
I just want to say that open students should also be given equal facilities.at the very least, proper classes, activity and placement opportunities should be provided to them as well
Delhi University best college for learning professional degrees. I think this is also help for providing campus . college has best comes in Delhi University..if I can compare to another colleges delhi University best over all that

I took my weekend classes from SGTB khalsa college(North campus) during my open learning. College infrastructure was very good with all basic facilities like Multi Sports Stadium, Library and Canteen was big with very good hygiene. Classrooms were equipped with AC, all not in good condition. Few Classes have projectors at our time. Overall infrastructure was very good.
I was disapponted with the Syllabus as it seems to be outdated and 80-90% syllabus was carry forwarding from around decades. No major push to update it towards todays need. It feels like we are just mugging up. Teachers were good then can't do anything with the syllabus. They taught best as per the curriculum. Problem was at curriculum designing end. And issue is question paper of final exam is like a ssc paper. Just read last 10 years and you are done with exams. It makes academics boring.
I personally didn't want a job as i opted for my own venture but few of my friends struggled to get a job at a very low pay. No company will pay anyone if they will not teach as per business needs. In SOL B.com placement was bad.
Fee was low and so does the value a student added from the college. You haven't done anything just mugged up and cleared exams. With this curriculum it will never be value for money as we aren't adding something good in our knowledge and skills.
Campus life was good. We have classes on weekends only as i affiliated for open learning. Still we make some good memories with friends and enjoyed a bit of college life. Thats a worthy expierence.
Syllabus needs to be updated as per industry needs. Question paper need to be better. And industry exposure should be given to students.
Infrastructure is good they provide online and offline classes study meterial are also very good. It's good to have options of MBA from good university while working. If we dont have options to do regular MBA DU SOL is good option for them.
Study meterial and teachers are very good. Teachers and staff members are very good. They provide us very learning experience. Some time technical glitch appears in INTERNATIONAL ASSESSMENTS BUT I think it can be in any other institution with so many students.
They provide placement for MBA students. But many time we see placement company are related to only BPO sectors. If we are not interested in working in BPO then we have very less options for campus placement.
Fee for MBA a bit high. It could be less. I paid 51k for one year.
Offline classes and campus visits are good.
DU SOL is a distance learning institution that offers strong support through its online portal and study centers. Students attend classes on Saturdays and Sundays, which helps those who have other commitments during the week. Study material is available both online and in print. The system runs smoothly, and updates such as exam schedules, admit cards, and assignments are shared promptly through the website or student dashboard.
The course content meets the regular standards of Delhi University. Political Science is presented clearly and simply in the books. Weekend classes take place at study centers, where teachers cover important topics. Students can also ask questions during these sessions. This approach works well for students who like flexible learning but still want some interaction in the classroom.
DU SOL has a dedicated Placement Cell. While placement opportunities are not the same as those at regular colleges, there are still some good options available. Reports show that the highest package reached INR 30 LPA, and the average is around INR 8 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Flipkart have recruited from SOL in the past. This setup is ideal for students who want to prepare for government exams or work part-time while studying.
Definitely yes. The course is very affordable. You still get a valid DU degree. It's a great option for students who want to study without spending to much money
Compus life is good but The food here is not good that's why I miss home

Since this is a distance education model, there isn't daily campus life like festivals or a regular college routine. However, weekend classes and doubt sessions offer plenty of interaction. The flexibility also helps students manage their studies alongside jobs or other responsibilities.
I am pursuing a B.A. in Political Science from DU SOL. The course is organized well, and classes take place on Saturdays and Sundays, which is very convenient. The study materials are clear and provided on time. The placement cell is active, and some good companies hire from SOL. It's a great choice for those who want flexible learning along with a DU degree.
Hello,
Recently, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. However, in case you're asking if you can get
yes , you get admission in B com in any university or college
