SRETF offers eleven undergraduate programs and several postgraduate programs in engineering and technology SRETF is a constituent college of Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (Deemed to be University) which was inaugurated in 2019 in Chennai Tamil Nadu, India. It is a relatively young university, and it has been making its presence felt in the sphere of engineering education in a relatively short period of time It offers a plethora of new practical oriented programs in the sphere of engineering and represented fresh technologies. SRET is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education of which its conformity with national standards of technical education is approved. The college has 30 well qualified dedicated faculty members to impart quality education with optimum student-teacher ratio.

Campus of SRET comprises of a precinct of captivating current structures that aids the learning of the students. The college library which is an important facility in any college occupies forty thousand square feet of covered area and has book stock of more than sixty eight thousand books)=.</p><p>It offers books on medical, allied health sciences and engineering fields. Students use both printed source and electronic source with 414 national and international printed journals and 1282 online journals with remote access. 

The library is also divided into digital section consisting of more than five thousand, nine hundred and eighty-four CD-ROMs and digital and Internet Lab equipped with sixty-five Computer Systems that promote a technological learning atmosphere. In a nutshell, in terms of students’ health SRET has outstanding sport amenities, and a fine gym. There are also separate hostels for boys and girls for comfortable accommodation of out-station students. A cafeteria is used to feed the scholars within the college while an auditorium is used for holding of events such as seminars. We have one of our health care facilities; in addition, every student has access to a strong Wi-Fi connection anywhere on the campus.

SRET has 11 courses which are offered at 3 levels of the degrees for those students who want to learn more about technology and computer science. The institution mainly targets full-time undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered for degree purposes with the institution having a special focus on rise annoyed areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, and Medical Engineering. The B.Tech programs, of which there are fifteen in total each with an initial capacity of 60 students serve as the core of SRET. 

These are CSE Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, CSE Cyber Security and Internet of Things, Computer Science and Medical Engineering, and CSE Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. The college also provides under graduate programs namely Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science with different options, Bioinformatics and Data Science. At the postgraduate level, SRET offers M.Sc in Artificial Intelligence Data Analytics and Medical and Bioinformatics with a student capacity of thirty each.
