Vasudev College of Law, Haldwani is a relatively new institution in the field of legal education in Uttarakhand since its establishment in the year 2017. Located near PSN School in Devpur Devka, Gunipur Bhauna, it is an affiliated college working under the approval of Bar Council of India and has been running two full-time law courses- three year LLB and five year integrated BA LLB with total enrolment of 543 students in both courses. What makes it more significant is the faculty strength of 19 members, which essentially means a very favorable student-to-teacher ratio, whereby personal attention to students can easily be accorded.

Vasudev College of Law, Haldwani has a whole array of facilities aimed at enriching the learning experience for students. The most important among them is a well-stocked, fully air-conditioned library with an impressive stock of law books, journals, and periodicals. These are basic resources that aid the student in his or her academic pursuit and keep them up to date with the current developments in law. The college also has a moot court where students may practice and develop their advocacy skills in the form of a mock court. The Vasudev College of Law also offers sports facilities for cricket, volleyball, badminton, chess, and table tennis for the all-round development of the students. Vasudev College of Law currently offers the following two types of comprehensive courses in law. For the three-year LLB programme, while the five-year integrated BA LLB course. The courses are full-time and purport a sound knowledge base in the legal studies for students.
