Verghese Kurien Institute of Dairy and Food Technology, Mannuthy, the constituent college of the University, was established in 1993. Recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), this specialised institute presents a subject-specific course in dairy and food technology. This college is a constituent college of KVASU Wayanad. This institute offers 5 courses with a faculty of 11 members.
