Vishwasrao Naik Arts, Commerce and Baba Naik Science Mahavidyalaya is a multifaceted institution located at Shirala in Sangli, Maharashtra. It has been affiliated from the year 1970. The institute is spread over an area of 6.7 acres of campus. NAAC has accredited this college. The college offers three undergraduate programmes in the streams of Arts, Commerce and Science with a total enrolment of 937 students, while the faculty strength is 21.

The wide variety of facilities and concentration on the all-round development of students clearly portray the commitment of the college to quality education. Vishwasrao Naik Arts, Commerce and Baba Naik Science Mahavidyalaya offers many facilities to support student learning. The library was established in June 1970, housing above 26,360 books, 55 CDs, 34 periodicals, and 6 newspapers. It offers rich resources across disciplines. Regular physical fitness among the students is maintained through well-equipped gymnasium and sports facilities. Modern methods of learning are supported through well-established IT infrastructure, while well-equipped laboratories serve to cater to the needs of practical education. There is a campus cafeteria to refresh and nourish the children. A girls' hostel has been specially maintained for safe accommodation. The college also maintains an active alumni association, through which a strong network is fostered between past and present students. 

At present, 3 programmes are available at Vishwasrao Naik Arts, Commerce and Baba Naik Science Mahavidyalaya which include BA of three years' intensity; three years' intensity B.Com and three years' intensity B.Sc. It has a total intake capacity of 946 students. It caters to 937 students. This, in turn, has constituted a shining reflection of the high popularity accorded to the institution as well as standard quality of education that it provides.
