Vokkaligara Sangha Dental College and Hospital, Bengaluru, (VSDCH) stands as a prominent dental institution in the centre of Karnataka's capital. Established in 1986, this affiliated college has the approval of Dental Council of India (DCI). Being a co-educational college, VSDCH has a student enrolment of 500 along with a faculty strength of 91. Spread across a 13 acre campus, the college offers a nurturing environment for students.   

VSDCH has employed several state-of-the art facilities to support the overall growth of dental students. The college library has a wide collection of various academic resources. Apart from academics, the college also promotes physical fitness of students through various indoor and outdoor sports amenities. For outstation students, there are separate hostels for boys and girls. Within the campus, a pharmacy shop is made available. Other facilities include a canteen, a stationary shop, an ATM, and transportation facilities to ease travel for students and staff.

In terms of academics, VSDCH offers 17 courses in a diverse range of medical programmes. The flagship programme of the college is a five year, full time Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course. Apart from this, the college also provides 5 MDS programmes in various specialisations. The Ph.D courses in Oral and Maxillo Facial Surgery and Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics are full-time programmes offered to those interested in research. For those who wish to take a course of shorter duration, there are 2 year full-time PG Diploma courses available.

Admission procedure at VSDCH is transparent and student-friendly. In order to conduct an unbiased selection process, the college considers the scores in NEET UG and NEET MDS for undergraduate and post graduate programmes respectively.
