For the admission, the following procedure will be /followed:-
All students who have opted to take admission after having cleared SEE UPTU exams / direct admission (Management Quota) are required to complete the following activities, strictly in chronological order.

• The candidate should have a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent in 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Compulsory Subjects: Physics & Mathematics and any one of the following: Chemistry, Computer Science. The minimum passing mark is essential in each of the subjects. Relaxation in qualification and reservation is as per UGC and State Govt. norms.

Passed 10+2 examination and Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in the subjects taken together. OR Passed D. Voc. Strem in the same or allied sector.

Lateral Entry:

Passed B.Sc. A degree from a recognized university as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in the case of candidates belonging to the SC/ST category) and passing the 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. There will be a lot of seats that remain vacant after allotment to Diploma Students.

Or

Passed D. Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector from the institution recognized by BTEUP or equivalent.
