The students are admitted on the basis of the results of their Grade Twelve Examination and the NATA score conducted by the Council of Architecture. The dates are published in newspapers in the month of March and scheduled in April or May. Selections are based purely on merits.

Admissions based on NATA.

For B. Arch. the candidate must have passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination (or) 10+3 Diploma (Any stream) recognized by Central, State Governments with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory.

NATA Score (Minimum 70 out of 200) or as per guidelines given by COA and same will be checked at the final verification.

• All candidates shall be required to qualify NATA to be eligible for admission to the B.Arch program. Also, they must qualify one of the two sets of criteria given below to be eligible for admission.
  • Option 1:10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, plus one of the following: Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, IT, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies, with at least 45% aggregate marks. OR
  • Option 2:10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and at least 45% aggregate marks.
