I checked last year closing rank in official website in Jossa , It said me a big No :'(
This year ranking system is different... Hoping for lowering of closing ranks
I myself hold a rank of 17325 in general category this year...

You have less chances in to get CSE branch in government colleges.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. you need to apply separately for them.
Some colleges provides scholarship to the toppers students. It depends on colleges to colleges.
