Can I get a governement seat In UP for BAMS BHMS and BHU VET for 363 neet marks ?

You have asked for a government seat in UP with 350+ marks but You have not mentioned your category, so it's very tough to predict it according to your marks.
But still I am considering you in General Category, then you will not get any seat in the government college because this is very low marks as compared to the cut-offs of governmental colleges.
If you are in OBC/SC/ST, then you have chances that you can get seat in some Government College through counselling.
For General Category, The cut-off for this year is approx 650+, so it's not possible for you to come in that but in other Category, you have chances.
