I have two year gap between 10th & 11th. Can I eligible JEE mains?

Yes., You are eligibile.
Jee has nothing to do with it. But yes, you should fit into the eligibility criteria of jee mains that has been given in the brochure.
There is a criteria of age limit, your date of birth should fall under it, if it does not happen, you may not be allowed for exam.
