my 10th board exam percent 65.5% . can i get a sit in KIIT POLYTECHNIC in computer science branch ?? What is the fees of this course ?

In KIIT Polytechnic Students are selected on the basis of score of entrance examination,Diploma entrance test DET followed by counselling that is conducted by the DTE &T,Odisha and should score at least 35% marks in 10th standard from Recognized board With pass in math and science subject.The Total available seat are 60.The total fees for course is Rs. 1.05 Lakhs.

In kiit .they told that u will give 75000 in 1yr in diploma in cse .does they take extra fees after 75000 ? Does they provide laptop to diploma in cse 1st year students ?
