My gmr rank is 27778. My sc rank is 1491.can I get a chance in jadavpur University in various branches?

For admission in Jadavpur University the cut off for admission in various branches available in 2017 for the SC category was a range of 1995- 21600 (general merit rank). As your general Merit rank is 27778, you seem to have less chances for admission here through the SC Category.
