To qualify for the scholarship, there is an entrance exam being organised in which you have to get clear marks as per their cut offs. So, the top 10% scorers are viable to get a scholarship and if you're among them and a girl too, so you've high chances of getting a UPES scholarship.

Hi Aparna, there are a variety of scholarships offered by colleges in different regions. Based upon the quota that they have could be primarily SC-ST quota, Minority quota, Females from a financially weak background and so on. To apply for these scholarships, they demand for some legal documents such as OBC certificate and so on.
