72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programe in Economics shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by AISECT University, Hazaribagh.
Eligibility Criteria
One Year or Two semester PG, after Four year or Eight Semester UG,
• Two Year or Four Semester PG after Three Year or Six Semester UG,
• A candidate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy must, at the time of application, hold a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST/PH category candidates)or an equivalent grade of Deemed University or any other University incorporated by any law for the time being in force and recognized by the University.
