This specialization trains designers to craft compelling visual narratives and brand experiences across diverse media, enhancing Human Intelligence (HI) by fostering visual literacy, critical thinking, and impactful communication that informs, persuades, engages, and evokes emotional responses, while also considering the strategic role of visual communication in achieving business and social objectives. It integrates design principles with visual storytelling techniques to emphasize typography, composition, information design, and motion graphics, while exploring the potential of AI-assisted design tools to augment creative workflows and the ethical implications of visual messaging.

The curriculum progresses from visual composition and typography fundamentals to advanced skills in branding and identity systems, digital media design, and animation.

Students learn to develop visual identities, design layouts for print and digital publications, create engaging motion graphics, apply strategic design thinking to advertising and campaigns, and understand how visual communication can contribute to brand building, marketing effectiveness, and social change.

This prepares graduates to communicate effectively, build strong brands, create impactful visual communication, and navigate the complexities of the evolving media landscape, with an awareness of both business goals and socio-cultural responsibilities.
