Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City was established in the year 2013 and was founded by the Indian Ministry of Education, Government of India along with Government of Andhra Pradesh and Industry Partners represented by Sri City Foundation as a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) institution.

As a alumnus of IIIT Sri City , i'd say the infrastructure is decent but not something extra ordinary. During my time the campus was still developing . classrooms and hostels were clean and functional and labs had the required resources, though some upgrades were needed.
