Analysis and Design of Dielectric Resonator Antennas

This course is being hosted by the Department of Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. This intensive Analysis and Design of Dielectric Resonator Antennas course delves into the development and analysis of dielectric resonator antennas (DRAs), emphasising their advantages over traditional antenna structures. This Analysis and Design of Dielectric Resonator Antennas course combines theoretical insights with practical applications to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of DRA technology.

With the spanning duration of five days, the participants will explore fundamentals electromagnetic theories, various feeding mechanisms and advanced design techniques pertinent to DRAs. The Analysis and Design of Dielectric Resonator Antennas course includes hands-on sessions utilizing the HFSS simulation tool for antenna design and familiarization with microwave measuring instruments for assessing return loss and radiation patterns.
