Maa Shakumbhari University Saharanpur was inaugurated on December 2, 2021. Maa Shakumbhari University was established under Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act,2019. The University was earlier known as Saharanpur State University but later was renamed as Maa Shakumbhari University.
Maa Shakumbhari University offers admissions to various courses at undergraduation and postgraduation levels. MSU Saharanpur Admission Form 2024

Facilities in our college are very good. Infrastructure and classrooms are also very good. They have smart board in classrooms and a projector. Library is also very large and all kinds of books are available. Wi-Fi is provided for students.

There are well-furnished labs, classrooms and a library, and there is a free Wi-Fi connection in the college. The food provided by the mess is decent and in addition, the campus has various other refreshment outlets like Coffee Day Express, Fuel Zap, Chain garam and Big Bite.

The infrastructure at MSU is average and still improving. The classrooms are basic and equipped with fans, but there isn't a proper smart class setup. Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the campus, but it often doesn’t work well. Labs are available, but the equipment and systems are quite old, making it hard to gain hands-on experience with the latest tools.
